Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Friendly Pines Camp purchase! Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards and store credits
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or customized merchandise
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged after purchase
Early Enrollment Store Credit
Early Enrollment Store Credit is provided as an incentive for qualifying Summer 2027 enrollments and is tied to the camper's enrollment.
If the camper's registration is canceled, any unused Early Enrollment Store Credit issued for that enrollment will be deactivated. If Early Enrollment Store Credit has already been redeemed prior to cancellation, the amount redeemed may be deducted from any applicable camp tuition refund.
Early Enrollment Store Credit expires August 1, 2027, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchanges
We will replace merchandise that arrives defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact info@friendlypines.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
